Dreadful New Formula
I have used and relied on this product for years. But since the rebrand, the formula has changed and this is now an inferior product. My hair is dry and frizzy, where it used to be smooth and curly, and the smell is not great. John Frieda, please go back to the old formula.

Smells delicious

Best lightweight wave/curl duo

Really did there big one with the dream curl shampoo and conditioner duo. Hands down for 2026! It smells amazing, it you only need a little amount to get a nice lather. It leaves my hair feeling super soft. The shampoo is formulated without harsh sulphates making sure it doesn't strip your hair of your natural oils.
My curls were revived from being dry and lifeless as soon as it touched my hair...boom! Ive never seen anything like it. My hair hasn't ever had this much lightweight bounce to it. I love the way it enhances my curls. I have different curl/wave patterns all over my head. I was so happy to see all of them being catered for in one product. After a little research I found that this brilliant duo is made with rosehip oil, packed with fatty acids and antioxidants. Which has given my hair a healthy shine without feeling greasy or heavy It also has John frieda signature blend of polymer that wrap around your hair strand to define and hold your curl patterns. Humecants that draw moisture into the hair. Explaining why I had a reduce of frizz after washing. Its also has other goodness such as glycerin, panthenol and vitamin E. I would definitely recommend

Enhanced Natural Curls

It feels rich without being too heavy leaving my hair smooth, shiny and hydrated. It’s super easy to detangle and I’ve noticed less frizz especially when paired with the shampoo.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This John Frieda Frizz Ease Dream Curls Conditioner has a thinner texture than I anticipated. It has a lovely floral scent that is described as being infused with AuraBoost, a mood boosting fragrance. It leaves your hair smelling fresh and floral. It absorbs into the hair fast, so you do need to apply quite a lot. It helps to detangle the hair and leaves it feeling nourished after use. When used in conjunction with the Dream Curls Shampoo, it also helps to define curls and partly tames frizz.

I like the feel of this conditioner on my curl hair , makes my hair soft and hydrated after use . It has a great slip, detangling was so so easy in the shower and my curls looked more defined with less frizz when it dried up . The smell not too strong . I used it at the salon so I couldn’t get a proper video but I love this one so much

Changed Formula
I've been using this conditioner for more years than I can remember so obviously I've loved it. Now it's changed & my hair hates it! The consistency has changed, it used to be really thick & luxurious now it's thin & runny, my hair is now flat & lifeless. I'm so disappointed, why change something when it works so well!
