Product Description

John Frieda The Controller Extra Strength Serum Resists humidity by up to 90%, with Antioxidant Vitamin E & Rice Oil.

Directions

Directions: For wet hair application: Use sparingly, dispense 1 pump of serum into palm and rub hands together. Spread evenly through damp hair, avoiding roots. Use more or less depending on hair length and thickness, and do not rinse out. For dry hair application: Reduce usage amount and apply to target areas only.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful reformulation and rebrand. Bought this two weeks ago to replace my old red original serum, which I loved. None of the three new serums seem to have the same qualities of the original unfortunately. This product is awful. My hair is still frizzy and it leaves a horrible residue on your hair. Every time I run my hands through my hair they are left with a residue on them that feels like I've been using dry shampoo. My hair is dull, frizzy and lacking that silky shine the original serum created. For the bin.

I’ve heard about frizz ease since I was in my 20’s- in my 40’s now, but Ive never actually tried it since i thought it would make my hair feel greasy and weighed down. However if applied properly it makes your hair smooth and shiney. The days when i don’t blow dry my hair and leave it naturally wavy this serum makes the waves much smoother. Has a lovely light scent aswell. You only need to apply a little bit so this serum will last ages.

I have tried multiple different products to tame it but nothing has until now. It’s brilliant and I love it as it keeps my hair tame for hours. It isn’t expensive and it leaves a lovely smell

It instantly smoothed down frizz and left my hair feeling smooth and silky. A small pump really did go along way. For my hair type I did find this was a little heavy for my hair and I think this is just the consistency of the product as it’s more of a gel so I found it needed washing again sooner than I would normally. It’s definitely a powerful product and does what it says on the description. I could see this being a game changer for thinker hair.

It wasn’t tacky and thick like others. It was thin and absorbed in the hair quickly. It made my hair smooth. My hair go to drink.
