Directions
Make sure the shampoo and conditioner bottles are completely dry.
Take off the lid.
Hold the bottle with your less steady hand and REFILL with your stronger hand.
Place the top of the pouch into the bottle and squeeze it from the bottom up.
Screw the cap back onto the refill pouch.

Great shampoo
I wasn’t sold on this shampoo when I first used it as it seemed to dry my hair out and make it very difficult to get a brush through, but due to the cost I persevered and I’m glad I did - I literally think this was perhaps it just getting the residue out of my hair because after a few uses I didnt have this issue. It now leaves my hair very clean, soft and shiny.
The fragrance can be overwhelming at first but I’ve got used to this now - it’s a nice smell, but quite fragranced.
Really like this shampoo (and I’d DEFINITELY recommend the conditioner too) so much so I bought the 1ltr refil which is much better value for money

As good as I expected
Love this shampoo, bought it on the credibilty of the Ouai spray and mousse and thought I would try. It leaves my hair feeling shiny and full, and lovely left to air dry. The fragrance is gorgeous, reminds me of products I may have used/smelled in the States in my childhood.
