Soak for Bits bath salts are a post-birth recovery essential for your first few baths after birth. It can soothe and help maintain the condition of the perineum, as well as calm aching muscles and aid recovery. Can also be used following a caesarean section.
This 100% naturally derived, Midwife-developed soak is made with premium Epsom salts, which instantly disperse in warm bath water, blended with essential oils of tea tree and calendula, for their anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, and of bergamot, which aids relaxation. It also contains added arnica to help bruising and swelling.

Directions
Pop two or three handfuls of the salts into a warm (not too hot!) bath. Relax for at least 20 mins (how long the magnesium takes to absorb in and help your muscles relax).

Spa at home
Soak for bits and body. This is unreal, I have sensitive skin and as a woman do worry about what goes into my bath as of course don’t want to mess with PH levels and cause any sort of irritation, Soak for bits and body will be your best friend in pregnancy, postpartum & forever. During my third trimester my legs started to ache and knowing I could come home and have a bath with Soak for Bits and Body was lovely. Postpartum day 5 I think? I used this for the first time after giving birth and having some stitches and there was no irritation no stinging which I was so pleased with, especially as I have sensitive skin this really is something I cannot recommend enough! Coming out of the bath after using it leaves my skin moisturised and the smell is just gorgeous almost feels like i’ve been to a spa.

Best soak for post recovery
Best thing for post birth , I had forceps and was really struggling to walk and even do daily life things and I tried this and I noticed after the first use how I was recovering so much quicker and better and by 4 use I felt like a new women
