Not suitable for sensitive people
Unfortunately I had a reaction to the oil..I'm guessing it was the lavender oil that caused me sore was and rash! I know not everyone would ah e this reaction, so I must be extra sensitive down there!

It was a big mistake to apply this to such a sensitive area. It wasnt a good experience for me personally. The product is also expensive for what it is.

Pregnancy must have for labour !
I bought this when I was pregnant last year, I saw a lot of great reviews and was terrified off ripping. I applied as per the instructions and when I gave birth to my baby boy he was 10lb 2 oz not only was he a big baby but I didn’t need one stitch thanks to this amazing product! I only had a small graze which was shocking after giving birth!

Nice smelling - just not easy!
Nothing to complain about with this oil. Smells good, makes skin feel nice. Does come with very very simple instructions and a webinar. I was delighted about the webinar until I realised it’s live and sessions are very limited. I’m not going to watch an hour webinar in my lunch break where there is no room at work I can privately go to! Pre recorded webinars should be made available.
The act of performing perineal massage, however, seems to be something only cats and circus performers will be able to achieve - so though the oil is nice… good luck to you is achieving the desired outcome!! Was hoping for some tips on the webinar but no such luck as I won’t be able to access it.

another pregnancy must!
I purchased the oil with a hope to save my perineum and started massage most nights from 34 weeks pregnant, I gave birth to my 8lb3 baby with a minimal first degree tear, but my perineum was fully intact! I honestly believe that this oil had a large part to play, it also smells lovely, you won’t regret buying it!
