I’ve had better
I used to love Lancôme mascaras and then moved away to other brands. I thought I’d try them again but it’s not as I remember, I’m not sure if it’s because I went for a waterproof mascara instead of the regular one. The formula was so thick it’s made my lashes look like chunky spider legs. I also got a stye from my tear duct getting clogged. I work in an opticians so I’m very careful about my eye makeup and cleaning off my makeup as soon as I get home, this is the first time I’ve ever had a stye and from discussing with my colleagues, this mascara was the culprit. I tried to water it down a bit with some saline solution but that made things worse and I had panda eyes by lunchtime. I ended up throwing it out. I’ll stick with sephoras own brand for waterproof mascara from now on

Great for weddings and special events.
Great mascara for special occasions when you might cry, but brush clogs quickly, so best used with disposable wands.

Waterproof mascara
I have the non waterproof version, which I repeatedly buy as I love it. I bought the WP version for holiday, although it didn't seem to add as much volume, it definitely stayed in place and didn't run at all when in the pool, which is what I wanted to achieve. You do need eye make up remover to take it off and it can feel a bit sticky if not taken off properly.

“Fabulous”
Have used various brands of mascara over many years but always end up returning to Lancome Hypnose for excellence every time, just love the design of the brush for that perfect look.

Best mascara ever
I have sensitive eyes and Lancôme is the only make I can use without getting a reaction. This is my favourite as it gives volume in a single step. Its curvaceous super-sized brush creates high volume and thicker looking lashes. Best mascara ever.
