A makeup artist’s secret, with Tightline Cake Eye Liner with the Flat Eye Liner Brush to perfect Laura's "tightline" technique. Directions

To create a tightline, use the Flat Eye Liner Brush and dip the brush into clean water, then work the Tightline Cake Eye Liner into a thick paste. Apply Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eye Liner underneath the root of the upper lash line by wiggling the brush between individual lashes. Re-apply to add intensity.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The original and the best tightline eye liner Love, love love this eyeliner - originally introduced to it many years ago by a Laura Mercier expert - tried others and always come back to this. Takes a little practice but looks great - I use the Laura Mercier flat eyeliner brush to apply. My only slight gripe is that LM discontinued the activator liquid so I use a quick squirt of CharlotteTilbury setting spray and it works just fine. Also lasts for ages...
