Their customer service was excellent with order updates and delivery times clear and precise. Perfume arrived on time and came in packaging that could be reversed to provide a nice presentation, there was also a lovely gift bag, a nice touch. I would definitely shop again with Sephora and would urge people to check out their range of products on the web or shops.
