Directions
Poor into running water, stir the product until completely dissolved making sure there is no oatmeal settled in the bottom of the bath to avoid slipping.
For best results, soak in the bath for 15 to 30 minutes. Do not rinse off, pat your skin dry to keep a thin layer on the skin. After your bath, apply moisturiser. Soaking for too long may dry out your skin.

I was really suffering with dry itchy skin and purchased some of these to bath in they made so much difference I wouldn't be without them now
