Love it!
I’ve been using the **Sephora Matte Moisturizer Cream** for a while now, and I really appreciate how lightweight it feels on my skin. Since I have combination skin that tends to get oily in the T-zone, this moisturizer does a great job of keeping the shine under control without making my skin feel dry or tight. Hydrating and Mattifying
I was sent this as part of the test and review programme in exchange for an honest review.
I was pleasantly surprised by this cream. It was the perfect balance of hydrating and mattifying which worked perfectly for my combination skin. The packaging is simple and effective, being in a tube means you can squeeze every last drop out of it.
I would definitely recommend and would repurchase in the future.

Great for combination skin
I was so lucky to be sent the Sephora Collection SQNHYA Matte Moisturizer Cream from the Sephora community in exchange for my honest review!
This cream comes in a squeezable tube. Personally I love a jar for cream as I like to use all of the product.
This cream's ingredients are 90% natural origin, it contains;
🫒 Squalane - extracted from olives
🌾Hyaluronic Acid - extracted from wheat.
It's suitable for all skin types including those with sensitive skin.
It has zero scent or fragrance.
This cream is surprisingly thicker than expected. It absorbs so quickly into my skin leaving no greasy / sticky residue
I found that this moisturising cream perfect for my combination skin as it doesn't leave my skin feeling oily or greasy after applying in fact it leaves my skin mattified, perfect for the warmer wether as I find my skin tends to look more greasy/ shiny during warmer spells.
I apply this in the morning and evening to my face and neck it leaves my skin feel hydrated and soft.
I also love that this cream works really well with other products without causing any pilling. I find it a great makeup base.
Overall I love how this cream looks and feels on my skin. It locks in the hydration whilst also not leaving me looking shiny. It doesn't clog up my pores & when using instead of my primer it keeps my makeup in place all day.
I highly recommend to anyone with oily/combination skin.

Great Mattifying Moisturiser
This moisturiser is slightly thicker than I am used to for oily skin, more like a cream rather than a gel, so I was surprised at how matte it left my skin! Skin feels hydrated but has a completely matte finish. Great under SPF or as a primer. The oil control is ok, I did get a bit shiny by the end of the day. It's very gentle and would be good for sensitive skin as well. I'm disappointed Sephora Collection isn't cruelty free though.

Great multi-use moisturiser
This moisturiser is great for both day and night and as a primer. I use it in the morning mixed with my SPF and it stopped my face from being shiny like with other moisturisers I’ve tried.
As a primer, this moisturiser makes my makeup last all day and stops glowy makeup from looking oily. It’s also great for no-makeup days mixed with bronzing drops.
At night, this moisturiser stops my face from feeling sticky when going to bed after using serums.

Great matte moisturiser!
Great matte moisturiser.
Looks like cream but has a gel consistency when applying.
Soaks in quickly and leaves skin smooth and matte for hours but doesn't feel dry.
I like this product, it goes nicely under makeup and leaves my T zone shine free for hours.
I've been using this moisturiser for about a week and I'm happy with the results.
Added bonus - it contains hyaluronic acid.

Super Matte!
I was lucky enough to have received this product to test as part of the Sephora Community and I have been using it for just over a week now. This is now one of my go-to moisturisers. I have oily/combination skin that can get very shiny very quickly, especially in the summer months and this keeps me matte all day! At first I was worried since when I put it on at first it didn't have the wet stickiness that I have been used to with my past moisturisers, so I was concerned that it wouldn't give enough hydration but no it hydrates perfectly fine and I don't have to wait for it to absorb to have the matte look.
I have tested it by itself, under spf, mixed with a bb cream and as a primer under makeup and I have to say it excels in all of them- in fact as a primer it performs better than my current primer! It keeps my makeup stuck there for the whole day and allows my pores to breathe.
It hasn't clogged any of my pores and gives my skin a matte look for hours. It feels so lightweight and gives my skin such a healthy glow. I have also seen the general oiliness of my face improve since using it. It hasn't caused any pilling of any of my other normal products, especially my spf .
Overall, I would 110% buy this again.

Amazing moisturiser
The Sephora collection matte moisturiser is excellent for my combination skin.
It has a really nice smoothing texture and is lightweight. It absorbs into my skin very quickly and is completely non greasy. The matte effect also controls oil throughout the day.
The ingredients list is also very impressive and contains glycerin and hyaluronic acid which are both great for moisturising. It is a very clean beauty product and has no fragrance either which is a huge bonus for me.
I really recommend this for oily or combination skin people!
