Hi can you tell me if this primer is water based or silicone based? The list of ingredients is not very clear and I want to use it under waterbased foundation (such as Bobbi Brown skin foundation) thanks

As Water is the first ingredient on nars website, it is waterbased. I am on my second tube and worn under multiple foundations, mainly nars. Should be fine under the liquid bobbi brown foundations.

Hi, The NARS Smooth & Protect Primer doesn't have flashback. Normally when a product contains talc in the ingredients it will cause a flashback but this product doesn't.
