Balm
The balm itself is great but the tube it comes in is not so good. The pump action is difficult to do when changing a nappy and holding onto a baby.The balm would be much better in a different type of container. I would give it 5 if it was easier to get out .

Best BUT
There is no doubt that the product it self is amazing. Put some on the little one and it seems to work within a day. Works on dry spots too. Amazing! However let’s be honest, the new packaging isn’t great. I WANT to prefer it, if it was remade for recycling purposes but the lid is not as secure and the fact that you sometimes need to squeeze the tube really hard while using the pump to get the product out is not great if you only have one hand available.
In short: Product is the best nappy cream out there. New packaging is not the best.

Best bum cream ever
I’m only giving this 4 stars since you changed the bottle. Has absolutely been 5 stars before that! The caps don’t stay on the new tube and it’s a pain to get the product out of it (had used up 3 with previous packaging with no problem). However! The actual product is great and goes on so smoothly. Couldn’t find the bottle on holiday one day and thought I’d try the back-up sudocrem we had in our nappy bag. Never again, can’t believe anyone would use that!
TLDR: New tube isn’t the best. Product is really good and works.

best nappy balm but rubbish new bottle
This has been our favourite nappy balm for over a year, love the natural products and our baby barely had any rashes after using it and recommended it to everyone. However we have bought a few of the new type of packaging and it’s 50:50 as to whether the pump works. This is making wrestling a 1year plus wriggly boy while changing a nappy even harder and we are considering changing brands. Please fix asap.

Old packaging was better
At first I thought the pumps didn’t work, I couldn’t get the product out but I think these work better when kept upright. Not a problem I had with the old style bottles.
In terms of the balm itself it goes on well, it’s quite thick, but definitely an effective barrier that’s protected my baby’s skin.

Faulty bottle
Fantastic product
Shame that the little pump doesn’t work and it’s extremely tough to get the cream out unless you unscrew the bottle which is less than ideal

Works well no reaction
Easy to use with the pump lid and works well. My baby has very sensitive skin and she did not get any reactions.
