Directions
Wet hair with warm water.

Disappointing.
Bought this shampoo after reading an online article which recommended for shiny/soft hair but found it left my hair feeling dry. Not worth the price - fortunately I bought a decent conditioner!

Ticks so many boxes!
I love this, can't understand all the bad reviews. There is nothing wrong with this formula! It leaves my hair squeaky clean and shiny without drying it out - as confirmed by my hairdresser yesterday who said my hair is "very soft" and was easily able to run a paddle brush through it when wet, my hair is longer than shoulder length. I tried out a travel-sized bottle through a Feel Unique gifting bag when I spent £120+ buying a hairdryer. I loved it so much I got the full size, which I can imagine will last for ages as it foams well. It's really important to me to use vegan products which are not tested on animals, this is also free from sulphates, silicones, parabens, phthalates, and gluten. Yes, it has fragrance in it, I got really sick of using organic products which smelt of moss, lavender, rosemary etc - I just want my hair to smell nice and I am not sensitive to the fragrance in this. People who are complaining about it drying out their hair need to use a better quality conditioner or a hair mask - I have thick, wavy hair which I take good care of and this does not leave me with frizz or dry ends. If your hair is still dry after that, address it through diet and take an Omega 3 supplement.

Probably best for non-processed hair
Not for me. Although it smells lovely, this product is just not moisturizing enough my for processed hair. I suppose this product would be best suited to "normal" hair.
