[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Now can’t live without this product. Perfect base to make-up, but if I’m going make-up free -applying this after my moisturiser makes me look brighter, smoother, and less shiny. I won’t let myself run out of pink primer!

A little goes a long way
I'd seen this floating around for a while before I actually tried it, and I'll be honest, I assumed it was one of those products that looks pretty in the bottle and does nothing on your face. I was wrong.
The texture is lightweight, almost like a thin moisturiser with a slight tint. It blends out to a sheer pink that somehow makes my skin look more awake without looking like I'm wearing anything. On days when I can't be bothered with foundation, this on its own with a bit of concealer is enough to make me look like I've slept properly.
As an actual primer, it does a decent job. My makeup sits well over it and lasts through a normal day. It's not going to perform miracles if you're somewhere hot and sweating, but for everyday wear it holds things together nicely. The finish is more dewy than matte, so if you prefer a flat finish this probably isn't for you.
The "care" part of the name isn't just marketing fluff either. My skin feels softer on the days I use it. I have combination skin and it doesn't make my oily patches worse or cling to dry spots, which is a balance most primers get wrong in one direction or the other.
A little goes a long way. I use about a pea-sized amount for my whole face, so the tube lasts ages even with daily use. I'm on my second tube now and the first one took me a good four months.
My only real complaint is the price. It's not cheap, and every time I repurchase I hesitate for a second. But I keep coming back to it because nothing else I've tried does quite the same thing. I've tried cheaper dupes and they either skip the skincare benefits or the colour payoff looks chalky rather than fresh.
If you want something that sits between skincare and makeup and does both reasonably well, this is a solid pick.

Excellent primer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to apply and gives my face a lovely warmth. Very good under my bb cream in porcelain then my blusher. Porcelain is a good shade for me in the winter. Will try bb cream in clair for the summer months. I am new to Eborian and just loving the products. Still experimenting. Have to try mixing a little bb porcelain with clair next.
