WHAT MAKES IT FLAWLESS?

Directions
Step 1 - After cleansing, pat skin gently dry. Protect delicate areas - apply moisturiser around the eyes (“moisturiser goggles”) and protect lips with a proper layer of lip balm.
Step 2 - Apply Flawless Nightly Serum - start off with a small amount (½ a pump), applying every other day using the #13dottechnique to apply evenly over the face.
Step 3 - Massage until fully absorbed. Apply moisturiser on top once fully absorbed if needed.
Step 4 - Store in a cool, dark place. We recommend a slow increase in use after 2-4 weeks, to daily use. And as skin becomes more tolerant you can try using a full pump. Remember - a skin cycle is 6 weeks, so the benefits of using Actives takes time to appear. I really like this serum. It made my skin very subtle, plum and dewy. I tried the stronger version, but it was too harsh for my skin, even with using it only every other day.
However, I do not like the packaging as the pump dispenses too much product and it is difficult to control. I much prefer the packaging of the stronger retinol serum, where the pump is easier to control and the amount of product dispensed is less. Please change the packaging.

I love this stuff! I was struggling with uneven skin texture and a touch of rosacea, this nightly cream plus the Brightly day cream are the best things I’ve found yet. Especially when I wake up in the morning after applying this before bed, my skin looks and feels better than it ever has!

Good retinol for sensitive skin
My skin is really sensitive, so thought I’d try this retinol in the hope that it wouldn’t irritate my skin. I’ve been using it for a couple of weeks and have had no irritation so far.

Dr Sam is a life changer
Dr Sam's has literally changed my life. This stuff is amazing. I use the whole range pretty much. I used to had really reactive, acne prone skin and this has brought it to life and the ingredients don't break me out. Has helped with texture so much and got me looking younger.

In just a couple months it has already helped me so much, healing my skin from several months of acne and the scars it left. I also has helped decrease the frequency/ intensity of new blemishes. Its so worth the money. I also use the nuetralsing gel which is great, but since using this as well it has transformed my skin the most.
