Directions
Step 1 - After cleansing, pat skin gently dry. Protect delicate areas - apply moisturiser around the eyes (“moisturiser goggles”) and protect lips with a proper layer of lip balm.
Step 2 - Apply Flawless Neutralising Gel - use the Modified Dot Technique, based on the distribution of your trouble zones. Start with a ½ a fingertip amount, every other day, avoiding eyes and lips. Build up gradually to a fingertip amount daily, as tolerated.
Step 3 - Massage until fully absorbed. Apply moisturiser (if needed) and sunscreen on top once fully absorbed.

An effective product for spots, it got rid of a couple of stubborn spots that BP couldn't shift. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because I am not sure how cost effective it is as a long term product, especially if you need a lot of it.

So far so good - only been using a few days and can see the redness calming down and the spots less angry. Will be buying a full size very soon to keep on the journey in hope I've found my product. Tried a few products but this one seems to be working thankfully.

I cannot praise this product enough. I had awful cystic acne on my nose that I could not shift with any other product. After using this for just over a week, the painful spots have gone and the redness and scaring is also reducing. So glad I found Dr Sam!

This is a great serum which hasn’t dried out my skin. It’s works well to take down redness and inflammation very quickly and clears breakouts more quickly than anything else I’ve tried. My skin is very sensitive and it hasn’t reacted to this.
