Directions
Step 1 - AM: Apply one pump to damp skin / PM: Start by removing eye make-up with a dedicated eye product, then apply two pumps to damp skin.
Step 2 - Massage for one minute with fingertips.
Step 3 - Rinse thoroughly with tepid water. Pat gently dry.

Love this cleanser, on my second bottle now and don’t think I will purchase any other ever again. It’s gentle, no irritation at all and none of that drying feeling. It doesn’t remove waterproof mascara very well but I hardly wear mascara now so it’s not really a issue for me and if I do I just use a bit of micellar water first

I have used this before years ago when it first came out. Should have stayed with it as I have spots now & 63! Never had them like this before ever. So a shock, so see how the cleanser can improve my skin again and I will stick to it now

This is a great product. Seems to clean skin well enough without stinging eyes but always need to clean skin twice (am and pm). Still need to use a gentle toner afterwards too. The one step cleanse just doesn’t work with this product. Also, most importantly, the bottle and pump are a design fault surely? End up with at least 1/3 left at the bottom with little easy way to access it other than taking the lid off and bashing the gel out. The refill pouch is the way to go

This is the 4th or 5th time I have re purchased this cleanser. For me this is genuinely the best cleanser I have used and over the years there have been many. My skin can be sensitive and prone to break outs but I can honestly say it has never been irritated by this cleanser!
