Directions

After your regular wash routine, apply all over the hair, from root to tip. For a quick soothing boost, leave on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. For a deep soothing treatment, leave on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

My scalp felt calmer and I love the smell of the product. I do wish it did a little more with my hair too, considering it is meant to be a deep conditioner but it does what it says with my scalp.
