What's the best way to use a cleansing balm?
1. Take a small amount of balm directly with your finger.
2. Rub the formula in your hands to warm it and turn it into oil.
3. Apply to dry face and eyes and massage, focusing on areas with a lot of makeup.
4. Lather and rinse with clean water: the balm turns into a creamy milk and is easy to remove, without leaving any oily residue.
What's the best way to cleanse your skin without damaging it?
An extra tip: work in slow and gentle circular motions, without “rubbing” the skin. It's best to perform upward movements on the face. Doesn’t work.
I think this balm has a very odd smell to it. It also hasn’t been removing my mascara, which is not even water proof. Would not re purchase.

Removes eye make up and doesn't irritate!
I have very sensitive skin and this cleanser is perfect. Small amount clears my eyeliner and mascara easily without residue or irritation. I alternate between this and E.L.F and body shop camomile depending on offers available and they are all as good as each other!

My little skincare hero!
This cleansing balm has totally surprised me – in the best way! I’ve tried a fair few over the years, but this one from Sephora has properly earned its spot on my shelf. It melts into the skin like butter (without feeling greasy), and takes off makeup, SPF, and the day’s stress in one go. Even my mascara doesn’t stand a chance!
What I love most is how clean but soft my skin feels afterwards – no tightness, no residue, just fresh, calm skin. It’s quick, easy, and gives that little moment of self-care at the end of a busy day. As someone who likes things that actually work but don’t feel faffy, this is bang on.
Honestly, it’s a proper hidden gem – I wasn’t expecting to love it this much, but now I can’t be without it.

Excellent for the skin
I love this cleansing balm and I now use it nightly. You do not need to use a lot and it feels great. Smells nice and comes in a lovely little blue pot. Ideal for removing make up and leaving skin feeling nourished.
