the range of shades and finishes make it a very inclusive palette; it can be used for a variety of complete eye looks, covering every occasion, season & holiday. There's a variety of shades to suit every skintone - such a major plus, managing to include every skintone with this. The matte shadows mostly apply and wear very well; there isn't much fallout compared to other palettes from Morphe that I've used in the past. For the most part the pigmentation is really nice and there is no fading. The shimmery formulas all show up well too, without the need to dampen the applicator, although I have found finger application brings out the intensity of the formulas more than brushes do, but that's the case with most brands anyway - I've noticed that layering a matte shadow over a shimmer one when shadowing the edges of the eye can be iffy to blend out.
there has been a quality increase as far as the brand goes, but I have a few issues with too many overly similar warm tones, and with the quality of a few of the shadows, which stop me from loving this palette. I'd never seen a Jaclyn Hill tutorial until after I'd bought one of the Jaclyn Hill palettes to see what looks she did with it, so having a particular name attached to it didn't influence my purchase or effect my overall opinion of it, because I didn't know anything about her before getting this palette.

Flexible Palette For All Occasions!!
This is one of my all time favourite palettes that goes with anything and everything including western and Asian outfits. Usually, palettes come in like warm or cool shades but this is a good mixture so gives more flexibility. Lost count how many times I’ve gifted this to my friends cos why not since it makes for a perfect useful gift that will add value!

Lots of orange
Good value for so many colours. Very blendable and buildable, nice texture. My only complaint is that there are too many orangey shades and no matte transition colours apart from orange.

Great Palette
Have struggled to find some good green eyeshadow colours for a while that actually looked green instead of being so dark they were almost black and this palette has exactly that!
