Can I bring items into the store?
All you need is your beautiful energy - we’ll take care of the rest! Please do not bring any items with you that you cannot take into the Sephora store. Sephora will not permit items such as, but not limited to, camping chairs, sleeping bags, large rucksacks or any other large items. We hope the bag you leave with will be bigger than the one you bring in!

How do I get my ticket?
You’ve decided to make the trip, now’s the fun part. Using the calendar above, select the date and time you would like to visit the store. Once you have checked out (for free!) your ticket will become available in the given e-mail at 12 PM on Tuesday, July 21st for Sephora Carnaby Street, and at 12PM on Tuesday, 28th July for Sephora Spitalfields Market.
Diaries at the ready! Please make sure you download your ticket prior to the event, as any un-downloaded tickets will be released into our walk-up queue. We can’t wait to meet you there.

How do I queue without a ticket?
We want as many people as possible to experience the opening magic and have held a small number of tickets back to support with a walk-up queue. Simply speak to our team at the store and we will be more than happy to see if we can squeeze you in! Fingers crossed.

I have accessibility requirements
We want to make this a beautiful experience for EVERYONE. We are running a special accessibility session during our grand opening weekends at 11.15AM - 12PM on Sunday 26th July in Sephora Carnaby, and 9.15AM - 10AM on Sunday 2nd August in Sephora Spitalfields where you can experience our new store in a more calming atmosphere. You will need to RSVP in order to access this session ahead of time to manage capacity and ensure a safe and calm environment for this session. For a smooth experience, please bring proof of eligibility. If you would like to be added to this guest list, please reach out to care@sephora.co.uk.

All the slots are booked, what can I do?
We have been overwhelmed by the response to the opening of our brand new Sephora Carnaby and Sephora Spitalfields stores. We have held a finite number of tickets to facilitate a walk up queue, so if you’re in town, swing by and speak to our team and we’d be more than happy to see if we can slot you in! If you can’t make it on our opening weeks, don’t worry, Sephora is here to stay!

Why are you doing tickets for the store opening?
We want our store opening to be as fun, beautiful and safe as possible! Adding tickets ensures queue accessibility, customer safety with the surrounding main roads and a better overall experience for everyone! Preparation = the best beauty treats, so sort your ticket and download it to experience the magic.

Do we need tickets for the four days?
No, you only need a ticket for the day and time you want to visit. The hardest part is choosing just one!
- If I am late or miss my slot, what do I do? Unfortunately, if you’re late your ticket will be reallocated to the walk up queue. So it’s important to set your alarms for this one! If you do miss your slot, check the website for more ticket availability, or speak to our team on-site and we’ll be happy to see if we can fit you in. Fingers crossed.

Ticketing Terms and Conditions – Sephora UK 2026 Store Openings in London
Tickets - Tickets are free and grant entry to the relevant Sephora UK store ("Store") only, with no additional benefits unless expressly stated.Tickets are non-refundable and must not be sold or exchanged.A maximum of two tickets may be booked per transaction (one for yourself, one for a guest), for the exclusive personal use of the individuals attending.Each ticket admits one person and is valid only for the date and entry time stated on your booking confirmation.Reminder emails will be sent 48 hours, 24 hours, and 8 hours before your entry time, to download your ticket.Failure to download at least 5 hours before the Store opening may result in automatic cancellation of your ticket. You may still be able to join the on-the-day walk-up queue, subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.Entry - Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your allocated entry time. Late arrival of more than 10 minutes may result in you not being permitted to enter the Store.Entry is subject to Store capacity, security checks, and operational requirements.Guests under 16s must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult.Your booking reserves a Store entry window; a brief wait may be required for capacity management.The Store reserves the right to amend entry times, procedures, or operations where necessary.The Store reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or abusive, or where a ticket appears duplicated, altered, damaged, or invalid. The Store reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify the event in whole or in part where deemed necessary.Photography & Filming - may take place during the event. By attending, guests acknowledge they may appear in event media. Guests who do not wish to be recorded should notify the event team on arrival.Privacy - Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy at sephora.co.uk / london-tickets-privacy-policy.
