SEPHORiA - London's Calling!

Tickets are open to the general public on the 20th of August and our Gold consumers will have early access on the 18th of August. Each visitor will enjoy a 3-hour immersion in the world of SEPHORiA.

The first batch of tickets will go on sale on 18th of August for Sephora Gold members (price: 75 pounds including a guest), followed by a general release on 20th August  (price: 95pounds for General Public per person).

Tickets can be purchased by anyone who is 16 and above. Guests may be asked at the entrance to show ID. For any attendees under 16, they must be accompanied by an adult, with both guests ticketed.

Gold member tickets are only available to our Gold Customers in the United Kingdom.

Yes, you can sign up here for the latest news and info. There’ll be no confirmation email but keep your eyes on your inbox for our ticket link email on the 18th August for Gold Customers or 20th August for General Release. We also recommend following our socials for all the details plus the hottest beauty news.

Gold My Sephora members will have exclusive access to purchase tickets for the allocated Gold Member slot on Friday 1:30pm - 4:30pm ONLY.

If you can't attend or don't secure a ticket for that slot, don't worry, you can try again in the general sale on the 20th August and select a time that works best for you. PSA: The cut off for NEW gold My Sephora members to get a ticket is 10th August - mark it in your calendars! Those who reach gold tier after this date will sadly not be eligible for the gold slot - but they will unlock top tier loyalty perks like free delivery.

If you unfortunately cannot attend (we’ll miss you!), you can resell your Gold and Public session ticket until October 15th, 6PM via the official ticket shop on the official ticketing platform here.

Gold ticket eligibility is based on Gold status as of August 13. If you reached Gold status after that date, you won’t be eligible for Gold ticket access for this edition of SEPHORiA.

Please note, SEPHORiA is an immersive event designed as a 360° experience, with sound levels and sensory stations that could be discomforting to younger people. We encourage you to take these elements into account when planning your visit, as attendance levels can be high during the event.

We want to ensure a beautiful experience for everyone, therefore caregivers are able to accompany you for free alongside a Gold or General Session ticket purchase. While we strive to operate on trust and inclusivity, in some cases customers will be asked to present proof of eligibility, and we therefore ask you and your caregiver to bring a form of identification such as a carer certificate. Please note, only the ticket holder will receive a goodie bag at the end of the session, however you both will have the opportunity to enjoy SEPHORiA and the gifts offered by the brands at their booths.
