It works well if used outside the lips to block ‘bleeding’ of lip stain, and then if used over the top of lip stain gives a Matt moisture effect. Unfortunately it’s an absolute nightmare to sharpen and there’s masses of waste.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well but wears down too soon I really like this, but realised that, once it wears down, that's it! So expensive for a quarter of an inch of primer. The silver bit at the bottom of the stick suggests that it might be twisted to reveal more primer - but no luck!
