Still the best eye primer
I have been using Urban Decay's eye primer for years and it's still the best one. It helps to stop any eyeshadow from creasing and strengthens the colour pay off. I have tried others but I always keep going back to it.

Works well
This is generally a very good product and keeps my eyeshadow for longer than without but I do think the results depend on your skin type. If you have naturally drier eyelids, it will work better than if you have oiler eyelids!

I had high hopes for this primer but am quite disappointed. It feels quite wet on my eyelids and I don’t like the applicator - I either get loads out or none at all! My eyeshadow definitely goes on a lot nicer but still settles in my crease very quickly. Overall not worth the money.

Is this suitable to also use underneath my eyes as a base for illuminator / concealer to help this stay put / not crease?
I would not personally recommend this (except perhaps immediately beneath the eye on the lower lid as part of a more dramatic smoky eye look) I think it might be too thick if used under flesh coloured make-up.
