1. Apply mascara from root to tip. To remove, close your eye and wipe away with warm water.
2. PM: On clean, dry eyes, apply one stroke of Eyelash Serum to upper lash line with your eye closed (like an eyeliner). One dip is sufficient for both eyes. Allow to fully dry before applying other products.
