Product Description

Our UKSKIN LED Dual Light Pro-Therapy Face Mask uses a combination of Red and Near Infrared Light to improve the appearance of fine lines and elasticity in the skin whilst balancing texture and overall skin tone.

Directions

Cleanse and exfoliate skin to remove any traces of skincare.
Insert the Eyewear if desired. Place the device on the face and secure with the Velcro strap.
Connect the device to the controller and switch on the controller. Then device switches off after a ten-minute treatment time. You may stop the treatment at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button on the controller.
Remove the mask, apply your normal skincare.
Clean the mask using a water-based wipe. Ensure that the device is not being charged when cleaning. Repeat 3 – 5 times a week for a minimum of six weeks

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really poor fit - waste of £200 and can’t return Strongly advise against purchasing this mask. I had high hopes for it having done my research on the necessary specifications for LED mask efficacy. There’s only one single strap that is quite small and tight, and it sits more towards the top of the head than the bottom. This means there’s a really tight fit across my eyes and temples, with a large gap and poor fit around the bottom half of my face and chin as the strap causes the mask to sit at an angle. I’ve contacted both Sephora and UK Lash for advice - Sephora simply said I couldn’t return as it was opened, and UK Lash (after first responding completely inaccurately and not even reading the details of my support request) across a few emails are simply arguing that it is possible for me to find a better fit. I’ve followed all of the advice given and nothing really helps. I’m so disappointed that I’ve wasted a £200 birthday present on an ineffective and poor fitting mask. Strongly recommend avoiding and going for another mask with more straps and better fit / return options.
