Drying
Left face very dry and inflamed my eczema even though I’d read reviews that it was good for eczema prone skin. I emailed Sephora with pictures to ask for a refund and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service.

Great for sensitive skin
Ideal cleanser for sensitive skin. It's one of my favourite cleansers/only ones I can rely on. I just wish the pump worked a little bit better.

good but could be so much better
The actual product preference was good, did exactly what it said it would, slightly more drying teen i prefer but still really enjoyable( I have oily/ combination skin and i use differin gel)The things i could not stand about it was the smell, to me it smelt like dirty water and the pump would get stuck from the first time i used it.

Leaking product
My item arrived leaking with a crack down the middle, I’ve email customer service with details and pictures I have a ticket number for the email also. but know one has gotten back to me.

Very gentle cleanser
I just ordered a 3rd bottle of this cleanser. I use it both in the morning and in the evening. It cleans my face well without making it feel too dry. Doesn't irritate my eyes and doesn't cause any eczema flare-ups.
