Directions
Suitable for daily use as part of your PM routine. Squeeze a raspberry-sized amount onto hands then gently massage onto dry skin, working the balm into the skin to remove makeup, SPF, and impurities. Add a splash of warm water to emulsify and continue to work into skin before rinsing thoroughly or removing with a damp face cloth if preferred. Follow with your preferred water-based cleanser for the ultimate double-cleanse.

Dislike this new formula
I hadn’t realised the formula changed, although the price increase by 30% was a surprise.A thin yellow liquid seeps through first when the tube is squeezed for use. I had to put the lid back on and massage the tube to try and get the ingredients to mix properly. The result is very different and not as good as the previous formula. The skin is left feeling drier and not as cleansed and there are no grains to act as a scrub. I loved the previous formula and used it for about 3 years, sadly a replacement will now need to be found as I really don’t want to use this product. It doesn’t even have the same smell. ☹️

Not really for me
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this as no longer do Hylaronic acid cleanser. It's effective and cleans well but I don't appreciate having to then clean the basin of all the greasy stain around it! So won't buy again, but not because I'm lazy not because it doesn't work.

So gentle!
My favourite cleanser! So gentle on skin, does not irritate but cleanses so well. My go to, I have smaller size for travel. I would highly recommend even if you have problem areas like acne, dry skin.

A good cleanser
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans my combination skin well. Still a bit greasy when I rinse the facecloth but this new version is better than the old. It leaves the skin feeling nice and soft. For preference I’d like it to have just a tiny bit of fragrance. Massaging a cleanser into your face is definitely enhanced by a hint of fragrance but I’d only be happy with a natural one. I am in my 70’s
