Quick and easy to use, apply directly to breakout on cleansed, dry skin and follow with skincare and/or makeup. Leave on for 4+ hours (or overnight) and reapply a new patch as needed.
Directions
The INKEY List Hydrocolloid Invisible Pimple Patches can be used AM and PM. Gently tear sheet to lift individual patch then apply directly onto cleansed, dry skin to cover breakout. Follow with skincare and/or makeup. To help keep in place, avoid applying multiple layers of skincare and/or makeup over the patch. Leave on for 4+ hours (or overnight) then remove and dispose. Reapply a new patch as needed.
Store remaining patches in the pouch provided.

Invisible and actually works!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a absolute lifesaver for sudden breakouts. The pack is super handy to keep in your bag or medicine cabinet. They’re virtually invisible on the skin, so you can easily wear them during the day without feeling self-conscious. Most importantly, they flatten spots overnight by drawing out all the gunk without irritating the surrounding skin. Spot goes right down :-)

simple and effective
I didn't realise when I first opened these that there are different sizes 😆 I've used them on a few spots and they're discreet (they look matte on application) and after several hours make quite a difference. Helpful to have on hand just in case.

understand the concept but difficult to remove
I don’t really see what they do, they’re okay. obviously they cover my pimple under makeup and let
it heal without lifting but I find it such a faff to actually get it off without ruining it, as it is so delicate. it sort of bunches up and then is difficult to lie flat

The best spot patches I’ve used
Would absolutely recommend these. They do work in 4 hours however I leave them on for little longer as you are allowed to as they work better the longer they are on. It really draws out the gunk from the spots and flattens it right down. They are extremely hard to notice on your face unless you are really looking for it. I don’t get loads of spots (a few come up once a month) so this is the first pack I have bought (purchased in May 2026) and I still have 3 left but I am really impressed. I like how their is a mix of small ones and bigger ones. I have used all the small ones the 3 I have left are the bigger size. They work so quickly and once these are finished I will definitely repurchase.
