Wonderful Serum

I very much appreciate the upgraded packaging for the Oat Cleansing Balm and wonder if Inkey could review the packaging for this serum.

Excellent product . Very poor pump
I love the product and agree with other reviewers about the immediate effectivness BUT and it’s a big but . The pump is almost impossible to operate and I have noticed this before with other products . It is no use having an amazing product if the means of operation is ineffective.I hope this review is read and acted upon particularly as other people have commented.
