Great product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried this for the first time. I use it at night only as it’s a little heavy for the day.Glides on well and neck skin feels soft but no massive differences in tightness noted as yet. I will persist as I love these products!

Cream good but not getting on with delivery system
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The actual product is fine, I guess, but the stick design isn’t working for me. The lid chips of raised bits when I close it, which then dry out and are useless. Ditto the white plastic top part which is separate to the lid.I may buy the ceramide cream again, but not in this format.The cream is okay, but I’m not seeing the immediate results cited, plus it settles in the lines of my neck and then needs to be rubbed in as cream in a pot would be anyway.

Product is great, but packaging could be improved.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This really does work for me and I love the product itself, however you can't use all the product due to the packaging. Yes, having it as a stick works, but, when you get to the end some of the product is stuck in the plastic base and can't be used. Improve this and it would be perfect.

Update to add more about the tube/product, I have to say that i really hate the tube this product comes in! I have now had 2 sticks and both time after a few days of use the product being so thin and becomming fragile after a few days use & in a larger than needed tube - the product has broken and popped out of the tube as ive popped the lid off! this means i have lost around 6-8ml all over the floor... It also seem to have a push up plastic cage to push up/wind up the product as you use it, I have found that you loose even more product with it pressing into and falling through the plastic cage, very wastefull. a smaller tube that would fit in a purse easier with a solid push up for the product would be better as well as 40-60ml of product not the 20ml! the shape of the tube is also too harsh & bulky with such a small amount of product to use on delicate areas of the face & neck, please remedy this as i love the product but HATE the tube and size

Firming and smoothing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this neck stick for the past 3 weeks. I particularly like how easy it is to use. This is because the shape of the packaging is easy to grip and the balm like texture makes this neck stick glide across my skin. I quite like that it is a balm as it means no spills or drips if it was a serum. Also it's not greasy or oily so doesn't stain my clothes. After 3 weeks of use my neck is looking a little more smooth. I'll keep using to see if there are more long term effects

It really works!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product does visibly reduce fine lines, i use it on the neck area with good results, i just wish it was a smaller "maybe" round tube which would be easier to use-and the option to buy a 50ml tube as the 20ml is a bit small.

I was so self-conscious about my neck lines and that crepey texture starting to show, and this stick has honestly been amazing. It's so easy to use - just glides on, no mess, no sticky hands like with creams. It sinks in really quickly and leaves my neck feeling instantly hydrated and firmer. I've been using it morning and night for and after 3 weeks and I could see my lines softening and my skin looks much plumper and smoother.Love that it's ceramide based so it actually repairs the skin barrier, not just sits on top. No irritation at all and smells lovely and light. Help to reduce redness and promoted healing to skin tags that I had removed.My makeup sits better on my neck now too, no pilling. Will 100% be repurchasing and recommending.
