I loved my butter balm so hydrated and soft on the lips never feels sticky. I did have issue with the hot cocoa one unfortunately going funny. But others I’ve had have been lovely

I bought this and while product is great. The packaging was not very full even the first time I tried to squeeze it took some time. So I wonder if they don’t fill the tube. Does anyone have this problem.
