Not hydrating enough for the price
Of course this smells incredible, but that’s where my enjoyment of it end to be honest. I thought this would be lighter than the body butter and nice for summer. It is absolutely lighter, but to the point where you have to keep reapplying through the day to keep your skin moisturised. Given the price and of course because of the smell, I will be using it until it’s finished but I will not be buying it again.

Love it!
I am obsessed with the original bum bum cream in the pot and regularly buy the refill pods. So when i found out they finally made a lotion format in a pump bottle with the same scent i had to try this. I love the light fluid consistency of this lotion, how easily it spreads, how super fast it absorbs and how it smells divine just like the original. It’s perfect for the summer as it’s very moisturising but so light and non sticky. I have repurchased another bottle already!

Lovely…but Bum Bum Cream is better
This is a lovely lotion, smells just like Bum Bum Cream and also has the quick absorption that means you can get dressed straight after applying. The pump bottle makes it super easy to get the right amount and I much prefer this to the tubs, where I always get the cream under my finger nails. But, for me, this is not as good as the Bum Bum Cream. I prefer the thicker texture and more intense moisturising that you get from the cream. It will all come down to personal preference.

Originally bought for my daughter, who used it to moisturise her skin after her holiday, I used it and now I have my own. It moisturises lovely and has a lovely smell, I’ve even decanted some into travel bottles so I can have it wherever I go.

Finally a Sol De Janeiro pump bottle!
The scent is amazing, it feels like I'm on holiday! It is a lovely texture, not too thick when applied. I prefer the pump option rather than tubs as the lotion doesn't get under my nails.
