Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for braids I was fed up with thin hair ties that damaged my hair or having to wrap larger hair ties a significant number of times when wearing my hair in plaits. I bought these to try and am very pleased. I definitely couldn’t fit these round a ponytail, but when wearing my hair in two braids these can hold my hair wrapped only once or twice (with a little effort) if I want them a little more secure. They hold well, and I like having two of each colour in each pack so I have three matching pairs. I had hoped these would work for space buns but they don’t stretch quite enough to go round a bun. I’m still pleased with them but they are slightly smaller than I expected which works better for plaits but does limit their use a little.
