Seeing results!
I have been trying out this product for around a month now and have just started noticing an impact on my deeper wrinkles. I only have a couple of deeper ones on my forehead and have noticed that one of them is now completely invisible when not raising my eyebrows, and the other is much less prominent. I'm excited to continue using this to see the further effects at 8 weeks! It's a lovely texture and a little goes a long way, so I feel like the full-size tube will last a very long time. I have sensitive, acne-prone skin with psoriasis and have not had any kind of irritation from this cream. It has a very mild scent which is not offensive but something to bear in mind if you don't like fragranced face products. I had three small sample tubes to try so can't comment on the packaging/full-size application method. Submitted as part of a free sample programme.

Really quick results
I’ve been using this for a few weeks and am delighted the results! I’m in my mid 40s and my forehead lines and crows feet have become more defined but after a few weeks, I feel more glowy and my lines are less pronounced. It absorbs easily and has a lovely scent, would definitely recommend. Submitted as part of a free sample programme.

I've been using Vital Perfection Intensive WrinkleSpot Treatment A+ for a few weeks as the last step in my evening skincare routine (targeting key areas like my forehead), and I'm thrilled with the results so far.
It's powered by pure retinol combined with SafflowerRED™ to fight wrinkles, boost firmness, and brighten skin more effectively than retinol alone. Smart stabilisation keeps this blend potent, while brightening ingredients (like 4MSK) target dark spots and uneven tone for a radiant, youthful glow.
The formula has a light, pleasant fragrance that I really enjoy, and the cream absorbs quickly with no oily residue. Lovely texture
I was sent some mini tubes of this to try. I am 77 with loose chin and face wrinkles as you might expect. I used it as prescribed. My skin certainly felt softer afterwards and the wrinkles less dry looking. Absorbed well and not greasy. Highly recommended

Received as part of a testing panel for review.
As with all shiseido products this has a very slight pleasant smell, nothing too strong and it has a nice medium thickness texture that absorbed quickly leaving skin hydrated with no irritation.
Been using for about 2 weeks so still need a bit longer to give full feedback but so far I like it and hope that is helping to keep those wrinkles at bay.
You don't need to use a lot either so I feel like it will last well.
