Repeatedly faulty device
I was purchased this for Christmas in December 2024. It broke within the years warranty so the handset was replaced. The new hairdryer then broke within a few months and was replaced again. I’m now on my third device which has broken and is being replaced. The cost suggests it is a premium product however previous cheaper hairdryers have been far more reliable.

Tried, tested and worth it
After trying similar styles from other brands I will say this is worth the purchase. A lot of focus these days is on heat protection but realistically I don't want to dry my hair with cool air, it takes too long and feels like I'll end up with a cold. This did not disappoint, temp is great, it can get really hot, perfect to travel with, nice and light, attachments stay attached unlike some of the magnetic options competitors have, no accidentally pressing buttons when using it which I appreciate and... it looks great. All I'd like now is Shark to bring out a nice bag/box to store it in

Impossible to use attachments
I bought this a few months ago but I really don't like it. My hair is bobbed and really easy to style. This hairdryer made my hair very tangled while trying to rough dry it and the attachments are impossible to use due to the shape. I wish I had bought one where the attachments were on straight instead of at an angle. It's too late to return so I've wasted a lot of money. Ive gone back to my cheap hairdryer and faithful paddle brush for much better results

Better than Dyson - seriously impressed
I’ve previously owned the Dyson, so I had high expectations but the Shark SpeedStyle Pro has honestly exceeded them. It dries my hair just as fast (if not faster) but feels gentler, leaving my hair smoother and less frizzy. It’s much lighter and easier to handle, which makes styling a lot more comfortable, especially when you’re doing it daily. The attachments are also really effective and feel more practical for actually achieving different styles rather than just being extras. What surprised me most is how controlled the airflow and heat feel. I get a sleek, salon-quality finish without that overly hot, dry feeling I used to get. Plus, it’s noticeably quieter, which makes the whole experience better. Overall, it just feels more user-friendly and delivers better results for me. If you’re deciding between this and Dyson, I’d genuinely recommend the Shark.
