Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but very heavy and doesn’t work abroad. The plug is massive and very bulky. The styler itself is very heavy, weighing in at almost half a kilogram but it does the job and I’m satisfied with the performance. However, having transported it with me to Canada on holiday I now find out it doesn’t work because it’s not dual voltage!!!

It absolutely SAVED my mornings - I was so used to cheaper tools and thought that it just took that long or that my hair was difficult because it was curly the way this has been made is incredible. It feels quality even just holding it. My whole head was not only dry but also STRETCHED in 6 minutes on medium heat in wet mode. I seriously wish I bought it sooner it is INCREDIBLE.

She is very happy with it and uses it everyday instead of using a separate hair dryer and straighteners. The wet mode drying is brilliant and she really likes the fact that it has an attached comb and so is like using a brush and hairdryer at the same time. She only need to use the straighteners lightly after drying and for her fringe. Very good product and one of the many shark/ninja items that we own. She would and has recommended this to others.

Most of the reviews and videos I saw before purchasing were on textured hair but mine is straight, can be frizzy/fluffy and can't hold a curl to save my life. Long story short: it's really good. It makes my hair feel salon straightened and is much less work than my straighteners to get my hair where I want it to be. Really glad I bought this. Slightly regret not getting the turquoise but the purple is beautiful and I love the bag
