Not worth the money
I brought this a few weeks ago and have used it three times. I used high quality heat protectant every time, followed instructions and yet, my hair feels considerably dryer and my ends feel very fragile. I wouldn’t recommend if you have fine hair, it’s feels to rough.
It’s easy to use and lightweight. The styles look okay, I feel like only “styling” attached worth it, it’s the curler and yet that doesn’t last longer than an hour or so (even after styling products to help my hair hold), and my hair has always held styles for days.
Overall, very expensive for a product that didn’t wow me. It’s just a normal hairdryer with fancy attachments that only work for a specific hair type, extremely strong, thick, and no texture hair.

Good hairdryer but not a great curler
Hairdryer is lightweight, attachments are good. The curling takes a while to do but no matter what I try, they do not stay curled. I’ve tried pinning them for hours after, I’ve used various hair products. My hair is back to straight within 30mins

Still getting used to all the tools!
Bought this as decided to go straight as mostly a life time of being curly.
Still getting used to all the tools as all I’ve usually used was a diffuser.
Used the paddle and oval brush and the coander tools - they’re going to take a bit of time to get used to!
I’m sure once I get used to blow drying and styling my hair straight, the tools will be easier to use!

This was bought as a gift and the recipient was extremely pleased with it. She loved all the attachments and found it easy to use after reading the instructions and watching a couple of tutorials.

Should box the product without saying what it is.
The product itself is amazing but this was meant to be a surprise present for my wife's 40th. When the box came it said on the side what it was which I was extremely disappointed with. That's why I'm giving this review.

Hair is less frizzy now !
Love the Flex style 5 in 1. I have thick, frizzy, bleached shoulder length hair and it has tamed it. So easy to dry and comb through with the attachment. Leaves it softer than it did with a normal hairdryer. It's a bit noisy if you have it on the maximum setting, my husband said you could hear it downstairs. Best thing I've brought in a long time. Also used it on my daughter's very long thick hair and it dried it beautifully, barely needed straightening. The storage box is very handyman too.
