Oily to beautiful
I started with really dull oily skin with some deep blackheads. I’ve used this 3 times now and already I can see such a difference. I use the depuffy element everyday too and can’t get enough of it. It’s got to be a best buy for me

Did NOT meet my expectations...
I had really high expectations for this product. I watched so many TikTok videos about it, but most of them are paid promotions by Shark, so they’re not exactly unbiased 🤦🏼♀️.
The idea behind the device is great: an at-home beauty tool that gives you a hydrafacial while also exfoliating your skin. The device itself is beautiful, well-designed, and feels high quality. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t deliver what it promises.
I genuinely wanted to keep it because, with a busy lifestyle, this could have been a lifesaver. I only used it once, and that was enough to know I wouldn’t keep it. Yes, after using the Pro Glow solution, my skin felt smooth and soft—but that result isn’t because of the device. It’s because of the acids in the solution (glycolic acid and salicylic acid).
Any product containing these acids will give you similar results. You don’t need a device for that. I’ve been using acid-based skincare for years, and honestly, a good exfoliating product works just as well on its own.
When I researched further, I only found two truly honest reviews, both from doctors, and they confirmed exactly what I experienced: the results come from the acids, not the device.
In the end, the choice is yours—but for me, it wasn’t worth it.

Absolutely worth the hype and more!
Where do I begin? There is so much hype around this product, I've never seen a device of its kind produced by any other brands and as a result I am seeing it absolutely everywhere online so my expectations were extremely high. Not only were they met, they were absolutely exceeded!
Even opening the packaging is such an enjoyable experience, everything is so premium from the branded storage case, right down to the colour coordinated charging cable.
The instructions are super easy to follow as well as the set up, there's a very helpful booklet that comes with it and lots of Shark Beauty videos online to talk you through everything step by step, including cleaning.
I'd been most excited to try the HydraFacial aspect of the product and was pleasantly surprised at how much I love the Depuffi attachmenet. The Depuffi attachment goes as cold as ice pretty much as soon as you switch the device on, it is so relaxing to use and instantly soothes that tired feel and look. The guided amount of time to use the cold setting is for 3 minutes and sometimes I will go slightly over as its so enjoyable. When you move onto the hot setting, its incredible how quickly this heats up and again is so relaxing and soothing. I really wasn't expecting to be so obsessed with this attachment but I absolutely love it and now is a daily night time essential. It is the ultimate relaxation ritual after a long day and really does bring that Spa experience to your home.
On to the HydraFacial element - I really didn't know what to expect! The device is so small and compact I was pleasantly surprised by the how much I could feel the product work and it really was very hydrating as you used it, which again I hadn't expected. Its really quick and easy to use so doesn't feel like a difficult thing to incorporate into your weekly routine at all. I instantly saw a glow to my skin after use and again felt very surprised at how effective this was.
I really cannot recommend this product enough - it really is worth the hype!

Very poor for price
I purchased this last month , yes it’s expensive and it’s very good but I have used it 4 times and all the gold spray on it is coming off . Tried to contact shark before putting up this review

Great Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as a product tester and I am honestly blown away with how good it makes my skin feel. I have been doing the full treatment once a week, which probably takes around 15 minutes from start to finish. After the skin is left revitalized and it is amazing how much dead skin or gunk comes off the skin. I have let some of my family try this and they are also impressed - would reccomend.

Superb all roundand couldn't be happier.

Very easy to hold in your hand and not at all heavy. I have used the depuff function and for me it works well in the morning. I have to confess I am still trying all the other functions out so can't comment but as an all rounder it's great! No more beauty salons for me now.

Iv been using the Facial Pro Glow for a few weeks now . It’s like a mini facial at home! My skin feels so much cleaner and I have noticed my pores that it minimises there appearance . My skin is a lot less dry and I’m noticing a smoother feeling over my face especially if you have problems with dry skin areas it also gives you a noticiable glow. its just fantastic I love the product it’s very effective and easy to use. i love all shark products they always amaze me with there products. It’s developed with dermatologist, approved by aestheticians and supercharged by technology. it’s definitely worth the money. I would highly recommend!!!
