The hot setting gives a nice glow to skin. I also use the heat on the sides of my neck and face if I have stiffness or a migraine as it feels very comforting.

I wake up most days with puffy eyes. This cold setting on this works a treat and makes me feel less puffed up. It comes in a convenient carry case so can come anywhere with me. Im sure in the summer I will use it more. Not sure if would pay the RRP for it tho, it seems quite excessive
