Directions
Apply your daily moisturiser to clean skin (serum, cream, mask) and gently massage.
Cheeks: Start by using the flat side to massage the cheeks, from the center outwards.
Forehead: Continue with the forehead, working from the eyebrows to the hairline. Repeat for the entire forehead.
Eyes: Using the large outward-curved edge, apply light pressure around the eyes and massage.
Cheekbones and jawline: Use the inward-curved edge to smooth your cheekbones and sculpt your face from the center towards the outside.
Neck: Finish the massage by using the smooth edge on the neck. Massage upwards from the base of the neck for a lifting effect, or from the jawline down for lymphatic drainage.

Cutesy and pampering
Cutesy tool, it does feel nice and cool against your skin. Works well with moisturiser or facial oil and it feels like a bit of self pamper. Not sure if it’s actually helped my face look more snatched but it’s still fun.

Best Gua Sha around !!
Gua shas really don’t need any introductions but the quality of them are so important. I’ve got some in the past which chip and are not sturdy. This Gua Sha from Sephora is well packaged in card board and is nice and shiny. When pressed on the face it is very cold and the shape of it ( the heart shape part) feels smooth and not painful or uncomfortable when applied to the skin. I recommend this Gua Sha compared to others I found as it’s smooth and cold to hold; a nice size and very handy to keep in your bag when when you need to massage the face. It’s a cute pink colour too!!

Easy to use and feel comfortable in the skin but extremely fragile!! Only use it once and it broke in half, glued it back and now I can only use 1 side
