What it does

Massage from feet to neck in circular motions with the dry brush to remove dead skin from the body. The effect of dry brushing leaves the skin soft and silky.

Directions

On dry skin, for 5 to 10 minutes, brush in firm but light circular motions all over the body (from bottom to top). Once brushing is complete, shower and apply your usual moisturizer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for now! Great brush but the elastic for the handle seems a bit stretched out already after only one use so I do wonder about it's longevity. But the bristles are stiff enough to give a good feeling of exfoliation without being too scratchy.
