Directions
How do I do nude matte eye makeup?
- Apply the pink matte eyeshadow 301 Strawberry Macaroon as a base on the whole upper eyelid. Use the PRO large blending brush #27 to achieve a more diffused result.
- Choose a matte taupe eyeshadow, like 309 Mocha Latte. Apply the shade in the eyelid crease and on the outer corner of the eye. Smudge the color with the precision crease brush #17.
- Use shade 209 Scented Candle as a transition eyeshadow. Put the color on the outer half of the upper eyelid. Smudge the different eyeshadows with the large blending brush #27.
- Complete your makeup by underlining the lower lash lines with the same shade as in the previous step. Use the tip of the fine eyeshadow brush #15 for a more precise line.

Lovely
Great packaging, easy to open and close. Nice texture and easy to apply. Love the matte finish as i got oily skin so looks lovely. Great pigmentation, you van have a bit or more for bit intense coverage, blends very well too. Lovely eye shadow for a natural look.

The blendability of this eyeshadow is INSANE. The pigmentation is so much better than you’d think. This is the first item I’ve ever tried from Sephora and I am definitely impressed. The packaging is so cute and overall the product is 10/10.

Pretty colour.
I like the colour of this one, its my usual colour, it did go on my eyes easy, really smooth but found it blended in to much to quick, it didnt stay on my eyes long enough to stand out… the actual packaging was simple but really difficult to open, i found there was no little lip to pull it open.

Overpriced
Good pigmentation, minimal kick-up, and easy to blend with barely any fallout. I think it's marketed towards creating a custom a Z palette (BYOP), but building a full palette with these can get pricey compared to pre-curated options, especially as you get a meagre one ounce.
The bulky plastic packaging is a letdown; a slim cardboard envelope would be better and reduce the cost.
The shade’s a standard brightener, which is included in most eyeshadow palettes. It’s ok for setting eye primer/brightening the brow bone and inner corners, but nothing unique and certainly not 'colorful' as the name dictates.
It's a pass from me.

Love the compact size for traveling!!!
This was a great wee eyeshadow. I love the size as it fits well in my makeup bag perfect for traveling. This color was good as a base for me. I used it with other colours. Applied great. Didn’t settle in lines. Lasted ages. Can’t wait to purchase more !!!

Sephora’s matte eye shadow is smooth, blendable, l
I’ve been using Sephora’s matte eye shadow and I’m genuinely impressed. The formula feels smooth and velvety, making it easy to blend without looking patchy. The pigmentation is strong enough for one-swipe color but also buildable if you prefer a softer look. I especially love that it lasts throughout the day without creasing or fading too much, even without primer.
