What’s the best way to achieve a fine eyeliner line with 12H INTENSE INK FINE LINE?
Place the felt tip against the eyelid, as close as possible to the lash line. Without pressing, glide from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Intensify and thicken the line if necessary with a second, stronger stroke. For a “doe eye” effect, finish with a wing rising up towards the outer corner of the eyebrow.
