Directions
What’s the best way to achieve a fine eyeliner line with 12H INTENSE INK FINE LINE?
Place the felt tip against the eyelid, as close as possible to the lash line. Without pressing, glide from the inner to the outer corner of the eye. Intensify and thicken the line if necessary with a second, stronger stroke. For a “doe eye” effect, finish with a wing rising up towards the outer corner of the eyebrow.

Mightily impressed
I love this eyeliner. It is so boldly black and the fact that it's waterproof means it doesn't budge at all - and you can use it to tightline and get super close to the lashline, which frames my eyes perfectly.
You can use it for fine flicks and bold lines, it's so versatile.
The applicator is amazing, it is the best felt pen liner I have ever used, it stays intact and precise, meaning it continues to work brilliantly over eyeshadow and with repetitive use.
Highly highly recommend, I will buy again!

Shame it doesn’t last
Unfortunately this mine doesn’t have any staying power, the precision is good, a nice sharp line but it just didn’t last more than 3 hours. The pen is lightweight so easy to use but does need more reapplying

Complete waste of money!
Complete waste of money! Firstly, the product felt as if it was old and dried up despite being brand new. There wasn't much pigmentation, I like my eyeliners to be very black and this just wasn't. It didn't even last a couple of hours and I don't have oily eyelids. It smudged a lot, leaving black across my face, and I don't even know how because I didn't touch my face.
I don't know how this has any good reviews, it is one of the worst, if not the worst black liquid eyeliners I have ever tried!

Fantastic precise lasting eyeliner
The Sephora 12h intense in fine felt liner is probably one of the best eyeliners I've ever tried. It is very easy to apply and it lasts all day. You can make both fine and thick lines easily. It stays an intense black throughout the day. It's really good value for money. I'd get it again 100%!

Has a perfect tip
The tip is so thin it gives a very strong neat line perfect for beginners .... the formula is stunning lasts ages took an oil cleanser to remove it was on there that good it dosnt have a scent which i love all in all i would buy in multipul colors as the application was stunning

Does the job very well
The nib is very user friendly and worked well on my late 30s eyes. The eyeliner itself is moderately long lasting. I love the pen design which you can quite comfortably hold as it is not too big. The product is also easy to remove. I really feel you can, with some practise, get a pretty solid eyeliner application with this.
