How do you apply a long-wear waterproof pencil?
Before applying, sharpen the long-wear eye pencil to achieve a precise line.
Apply the shade of your choice to the inner rim of your lower and/or upper eyelids.
You can also apply the 12H Contour Pencil Eyeliner along the lashline.
Tip from the pros:
- To make your eyes look more intense, apply the eye pencil to the waterline and/or the eye contour
- To open up your eyes, draw a line along your upper lashes, ending with a small comma at the outer corner

Not for sensitive eyes
Its very pigmented though but when I put it in my waterline it made my eyes teary. Also it's not easily bendable when I want to smudge it for smokey eyes. But It does stays longer.

Great eye pencil!
I had been looking for a good black contour eye pencil for a long time. I tried many different ones but was never satisfied—until I got the chance to try the Sephora 12H Contour Eye Pencil. It has a deep black color, is easy to apply, and is also waterproof. Unlike other brands I've tried, it doesn't smudge, which really impressed me. It’s great value for money, and the packaging is lovely too. I definitely and highly recommend it!

Not the best eyeliner
This Sephora 12hr colorful contour eye pencil, was very smooth to apply and very pigmented. The downside was that it smudged under my eyes throughout the day, so it looked like I’d been crying. Also the end broke off in the lid after only using it once.
