Disappointing!
I have purchased this twice. I love the texture and the way it glides on. But both times I’ve purchased it the mechanism to turn the stick up and down has broken and I’m left not being able to get the cream out!
Very disappointing especially given the price!
Definitely puts me off buying again!

Keeps breaking
The applicator is terrible. I’ve now had 2 that have cracked and broken meaning it is incredibly difficult to use the product as intended. I have read many reviews stating the same thing. Can Roc issue a statement acknowledging this issue and please come up with a fix asap.

Lovely eye balm. Great under make up and doesn’t feel greasy. Perfect for Summer months as so lightweight. Not sure if it makes a difference to dark circles but still like it none the less

Hydrating and a fixer for under eye makeup lines
This lasts a long time as I don’t need much under my eyes. I can use it both under makeup or over makeup to fix too much powder or foundation. It travels well as it’s petite. Only room for improvement is in the packaging - the roll up mechanism could be smoother,

Poor mechanism
Great product BUT ive now bought 2 and the twisty mechanism has broken on both of them, meaning you cant access the rest of the product.

Great eye cream - terrible delivery tube
I would give the product a 5 star. However the delivery tube mechanism is utterly ridiculous. Ive now had 4 tubes and the tube mechanism has failed on every one. I end up using my little finger or cotton buds to get at the product. I persist because a like the product. When I find one that suits my eyes, that I can get out of the packaging, I'll be changing. Just a thought RoC but ive never had a lip balm mechanism do this. Just a thought.
