Best tasting
Love the peri tastes fantastic and works don’t feel this Furness inside now or panicky like I used to get and anxious lot more calmer , hair is so much thicker and soft so is skin nails are like talons . And when I’m full menopausal I’ll take the menopause max which I’ve tried from the starter pack I bought. Doesn’t taste as good but it’s only small drink and it’s the results I’m interested in. And I keep them in fridge and everyday take my peri and I sometimes buy enhanced or original and take them at night for an extra boost . As my skincare routine used to cost more . No more serums or retinol just cleanse tone and moisturise .

I swear by this!

I know it’s not cheap but it’s so worth the money and if you get it on subscription or in the sale it’s such a bonus! I tell everyone about it! The taste is great too! I won’t ever stop taking it!

Peri menopause
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been talking peri menopause for two months now and I feel a lot better . I feel more relaxed and not so anxious. I used to get that racing heart beat I would feel trembling like a panic attack that’s gone I’m coping better sleeping better . And it’s even helped my cramps as I still get a withdrawal bleed I call it . Now my cramp lasts two days instead of four and my small bleed now only lasts four days . And as an added bonus my hair is thicker I can see baby hairs and my hair at the sides was thinning now my hair is back and no split ends my nails are like tallons I had to cut them next month I can get my own nails done now don’t need these false ones . My skin feels so soft on my whole body . Looking forward to see after three months now I’m on my third month.

Life changing
I’ve been taking this for more than two months now and the way it has balanced out my anxiety, my moods, everything I was suffering from perimenopause- unreal. My hair and skin also had improved. Highly recommend

Really helped my sleep
It took a while to notice a difference (I would say around 4-5 weeks) but I really noticed a big difference in my sleep, nails and hair. My sleep isn’t as irregular and my nails are definitely stronger and longer. Would highly recommend
