Not sure
I have been struggling to find a good brow pencil as most of them have very little product inside and do not draw nice brow hair. I thought this was the definite brow pencil as the colour is spot on, the hair strokes are beautiful and I thought it could last longer , so I bought two pencils. The first lasted less than three weeks, so there is not much product inside. The second one has a problem with the applicator, which keeps getting stuck and the pencil tip gets broken so it will last even less than the first. Won’t rebuy it.
