Irritates scalp
I brought this as i really like the redken soft shampoo but wanted more volume, however i wouldn't buy this again as feel like it irritates my scalp abit.

Would not recommend
This shampoo made my hair feel dry and like it was going to snap off whilst I was washing it. When rinsing the shampoo out my hair I could barely run my fingers through my hair to make sure it was rinsing out properly. Loads of my hair was falling out when washing (more than usual) and I ended up getting 6 inches cut off due to the breakage at the bottom of my hair. Even my hairdresser commented on how bad my ends were (I’ve been going to the same person for 10 years). When my hair was dried the frizz was unbelievable (not volume, just frizz) and the amount of knots in my hair was crazy. My hair was also a greasy mess 12 hours after washing which is extremely unusual for me as I usually get 3 days between washes. The smell isn’t great but if the shampoo was good it wouldn’t have been a deal breaker for me. All in all would not recommend.

Lovely!
It lathers really well and smells nice. I do think it adds volume, I’ve got really fine hair.
The only negative I have it how hard it is to squeeze the bottle for my weak hands.

Great for fine hair
I have oily, greasy hair and scalp and having to wash it every day was growing frustrating. With work over the years, this has made it so I only have to wash my hair once or twice a week. It lathers lovely and leaves my hair clean and soft. Not sure about volumising but it doesn't leave any residue on my hair which a lot of shampoos do. Highly recommend - if you have fine, straight hair give it a try!
