This is my 3rd hair range, I have tried from Redken. I have also re purchased the All Soft range. I have noticed less breakage and use this as second conditioner before my mask treatment. I have fine 3b/3c curly hair. I think I like the Redken Acidic Bonding range but this was nice to try.

Do you have to leave the conditioner on your hair for some time?.
No you don’t have to. You would use it like a normal conditioner. I do find if i put it on as one of the first things when I’m in the shower/bath and then wash it off as the last thing it does leave my hair feeling more nourished.
